Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. All reservation inquiries must be confirmed via email. For the convenience of other customers, please submit the required documentation within 24 hours of email confirmation. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in the cancellation of your reservation. Drivers must be licensed to rent a vehicle. A valid license must be presented at vehicle pickup.
Insurance options are available upon request. A credit card is required for all confirmed off-island reservations and must be provided no later than one week prior to arrival. Credit cards are subject to pre-authorization. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental start date will incur a 35% penalty. If you decide to return the vehicle before the end of the rental period, no refund will be given. All other terms and conditions are at the company's discretion. For the convenience of passengers arriving on Hawaiian Airlines, we do not charge after-hours service fees (airport transfers, parking, and waiting fees). However, we require that vehicles currently departing on rentals be returned to our office in Vaitogi by 8:30 PM on the day of departure. Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We accept cash payments upon arrival, but a major credit card is required as a guarantee. This card will be pre-authorized for the full rental amount. For local residents, a cash deposit equal to the daily price is required for 1-2 day rentals.
